Students who offer satisfactory evidence that they are qualified to exempt a class, may take an advanced standing exam.

Change of Major
This form is for students who wish to change their major.

Minor Declaration / Minor Change
This form is for students who wish to declare a minor or change their minor declaration.

Petition to the Faculty
This form is for students who wish to request an exemption to an institute rule.

Readmission Contract [pdf]
Students who have been academically dismissed from Georgia Tech and who are petitioning for readmission must complete a contract for readmission together with an academic advisor.

Transcript Request
Students need a transcript can request a transcript either through OSCAR or through this form.

Transient/Special Student
This form is for Georgia Tech students who wish to take a class at another institution.
