Conflict within games is essential to good gameplay. This research theorizes that gameplay can be enhanced by understanding how real world conflicts begin, are maintained and end. Using a collection of theories found in the book “Using Conflict Theory” by Otomar J. Batros and Paul Wehr we have begun modeling conflict using a simple AI simulation. The purpose of the More Power to the People project is to create a conflict model that games can follow where AI agents simulate real world conflict behavior.
